ABOUT ME

Angela Founder/Owner The Sugar Den ) has over 26 years experience in the industry as a Master Esthetician, Body Sugaring Practitioner and Educator.

​

She is also a Certified Make Up Artist, Fitness Instructor and Events Planner. 

As a "jill" of all trades and talents, she has a virtue with patience and a passion for what she does and it shows in her workmanship.  

 

She has worked with a number of sugaring companies over the last 20 years and used many of the sugar pastes and supplies.  

Her goal is to provide the best quality products for clients and students.

In the last 26 years she has received extensive, advanced education ( 1100 + hours diplomas and certification programs from 1999 - 2019 ) and multiple certifications in esthetics, aromatherapy, reflexology, medical body treatments, advanced european waxing, professional body sugaring as well as certified in advance brazilian methods and advanced techniques with sugaring.

Angela also has extensive knowledge and education with her level 2 dental assisting and harp certification.

This gives her an advantage with an understanding of  pharmacology, biology and high level protocols with sterilization, sanitation and cross contamination.

Angela chose to become a professional body sugaring hair removal educator as well as teaching esthetics because she takes pride in advance technique and knowledge is the key to success.

In 2006 she had the opportunity to teach advanced esthetics in Kingston in a recognized governing body education program at a Private Hairstyling and Esthetics Academy.  

 

Angela  continuously upgrades her knowledge and learning with the latest techniques and protocols in this industry and teaching proper procedures.
